After upgrading to cups my Epson CX1500 because it does require
ijsgimpprint and it is not included

cupsys must be kept as simple, base infrastructure.
Adding unnecessary dependency for some users creates another claim.
I added ijsgimpprint to Suggests: of cupsys for next upload, but if
you want more smart way, you may reopen and reassign this bug to
appropriate PPD deb package.
