[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#343285: cannot start cupsys - more severe than "Important"

Cannot start cupsys at all.

This renders the package as unusable on my system.

So there is definitely nothing listening to that TCP poer (nor UDP for
your info).

I'm presuming the problem is actually that the first line of error_log
says "start listening" and then the last line fails to do the same.
