[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#289886: Why does cupsd listen on all interfaces by default

Given the following snippet from the default cupsd.conf this seems
especially silly:

<Location />
Order Deny,Allow
Deny From All
Allow From 127.0.0.1
</Location>

Is there any reason not to add a
	Listen 127.0.0.1
directive as well? Might not buy much security, but it does buy some!

1. Encrypted mail preferred (GPG KeyID: 0x86624ABB)
2. Plain-text mail recommended since I move html and double
    format mails to a low priority folder (they're mainly spam)
