[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#418618: BrowseRelay does not work with BrowsePoll.

Package: cupsys
Version: 1.2.7-4

The cups documentation says that BrowseRelay
can relay printers found using BrowsePoll.
| BrowseRelay is typically used on systems that bridge multiple
| subnets using one or more network interfaces. It can also be used
| to relay printer information from polled servers with the line:
| BrowseRelay 127.0.0.1 @LOCAL
| This effectively provides access to printers on a WAN for all clients on the LAN(s).
See also http://www.easysw.com/printpro/howto.php?19#19

That does not work with 1.2.7-4.
Polled printers are not broadcast on the local network.
I checked with ethereal that no udp packets are sent from port 631.
Since my config has no other printers, I also
tried to create a local printer on the cups server.
That local printer gets advertised as expected,
but the printers from the polled servers are not.
