[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#412455: cupsys: All CGI of web ui are stopped with status 22, Permission denied

Hi,

I can not access to any section of web ui, web pages are never loaded.
In debug2 mode, got the following error:

I tried with my own compiled cups software and got the same problem, CGI
are stopped with following error:
