[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#427708: "Upgrade Required" URL confused by ipv6

I get this if I go to http://dodo:631/admin:

	426 Upgrade Required

	You must access this page using the URL https://2002:189f:2d7f:0:230:1bff:feae:f8ee:631/admin/.

That's the machine's IPV6 address, which is what "dodo" resolved to, but you
can't just put an ipv6 address in an URL like that and expect it to work. 
Ie, if I click on it, I go to https://2002/.

An IPV6 address in an URL needs to be inside some form of braces, IIRC, to
escape it from the port.

The guessing of the address they should go to seems to be a bit buggy, 
to show that IPV6 address at all. I don't know why it doesn't just use
the machine's hostname?
