[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#427966: cupsys: Enabling remote administration through the web interface doesn't work.

This is not related to the SSL certificate problem.
When enabling the remote administration option through lynx http://localhost:631/ and
then trying to open that page remotely, it gives the error 403 Forbidden.
This is with the Debian Stable/Etch version.
