[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#431069: Unnecessary dependency on patch

Hi,

cupsys depends on patch but doesn't appear to use it.

"dlocate -L cupsys | xargs zfgrep patch" only returns hits from the
documentation.

Maybe the dependency isn't needed?
