[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#424064: cupsys: config file talks about log level "info" instead of "warning"

The default /etc/cups/cupsd.conf contains the confusing lines:

# Log general information in error_log - change "info" to "debug" for
# troubleshooting...
LogLevel debug

Clearly, as the LogLevel has been patched, the comment should be
patched correspondingly.
