Ok, this is the first clear evidence you've given that your issue
corresponds to this one. Nevertheless, this bug /is/ fixed in the package,
so your problem lies somewhere else.
Have you ever installed a local copy of cups? What does ldd /usr/sbin/cupsd
show? Chances are good that it shows a local copy of libcups somewhere.
