[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#502908: Bug#502908: cups-client: [INTL:de] Initial German man page translation

Hello Martin,
based on the version released as 1.3.11 I updated the German po file
again, removing some fuzzy entries and completing some more man pages.
The overall translation ratio is now 65% and it would be *really*
great if you could ship it in the next version of the Debian package!
