[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#542464: unnecessary and confusing samba questions in desktop install

Package: cups
Tags: d-i

Due to cups's Recommends of smbclient, which in turn depends on samba,
installing the desktop task in d-i causes samba to ask two or three
questions about how it should be configured. These questions make no
sense in context, because the user has not chosen to install samba, and
has no idea why the computer is asking them about netgroups and stuff.

cups's recommends on smbclient was added due to bug #82690, in 2002,
well before recommends were installed by default. So I suspect that this
recommends was never intended to be installed by default on all desktop
installs, and can be downgraded to a Suggests.
