[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#512411: removing and reinstalling cups + avahi + dependencies fixes the issue

I could permanently fix the issue by uninstalling cups and avahi-daemon plus
their automatically installed dependencies. I reinstalled cups, cups-pdf and
cups-bsd using

aptitude install --without-recommends cups cups-bsd cups-pdf
