[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#576935: cups: Queue automatically paused when printer is restarted

When printing a pdf-document on a HP LaserJet 4050N (via network,
socket://hp4050-4) the printer hang. (It is common, evince+cups PS
driver+HP4050N = crap)

I canceled the print-job, but the printer was dead. I then
power-cycled the printer.

The result is that the next job ended up in the status "Unable to
write print data: Broken pipe", and the printer queue was paused.

I then tried to resume the queue, but just got an "forbidden" message
back. I had to login as root to resume the queue.
