[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#571996: cups: Submit buttons in webinterface not displayed

After selecting a printer on the printers page in the webinterface, the
screen shows a menu with options for Maintenance and Administration.

However, there is no submit button and the form does not work with
JavaScript disabled. In the corresponding template files
(/usr/share/cups/templates/*/printer.tmpl) there is a submit button:

But they are both hidden. Please remove this style information for all
templates and enable using of the webinterface without JavaScript again.
