[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#585153: Same for socket backend!

It took me over an hour to get network printing via socket:// url
working with cups.

Eventually found the

and this bug entry.

After setting g+rx,o+rx on /usr/lib/cups/backend I could finally print
on the socket:// URL.
