[Pkg-cups-devel] Bug#614713: Bug#614713: cups-pdf: installation asks for a password

No, I'll just reassign the bug to cups-client.

However, I'm really puzzled as to why 'lpadmin' does this. That it
would ask non-root users for a password is expected, but 'dpkg' is run
as root who, by definition, has full access credentials to anything.
