   * What led up to the situation? Try to print a pdf file but it doesnt work. I tried with another pdf and it works well.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)? Ctrl + P; then Validate
   * What was the outcome of this action? Nothing happens
   * What outcome did you expect instead? A printing
