Thanks for the hint.  If I understand correctly, you are saying @LOCAL
does not cover 127.0.0.1, either (though I haven't checked).  Cc-ing
the submitter.

Tim, do you consider this a bug still?  What behavior or documentation
change would you suggest to address it?
