Yes. Perhaps I put it badly. I don't really know whether there is a
design flaw in the treatment of unauthorised logins but a more
informative error message cannot be bad. The mystery would less opaque
if lpadmin was mentioned. I think we are agreed though that it is
upstream which would have to deal with it.
