As NMU'er, I disagree that this is an actual problem: the change ensures that
the library is at least at the version of the client (or server) and this is
good enough to have all symbols there. Having a >= relationship is very usual
in application - to - library dependencies so I won't push an update to fix
this in Wheezy unless that creates a _real_ problem: upgrading libraries and
without the binaries of the same package is very unlikely to happen in normal
usage as both as binary-arch packages and will end up being available
simultaneously on the mirrors.
Hereby untagging this bug as found in the version currently in unstable.
