I downloaded the binary packages on 2005-Apr-03, and previously had
Cyrus21-* installed. The upgrade went through without difficulty.

I am currently using
# dpkg -l 'cyrus22*' |grep ^i
ii cyrus22-admin 2.2.12-0.2 Cyrus mail system (administration tool)
ii cyrus22-client 2.2.12-0.2 Cyrus mail system (test clients)
ii cyrus22-common 2.2.12-0.2 Cyrus mail system (common files)
ii cyrus22-doc 2.2.12-0.2 Cyrus mail system (documentation files)
ii cyrus22-imapd 2.2.12-0.2 Cyrus mail system (IMAP support)
ii cyrus22-pop3d 2.2.12-0.2 Cyrus mail system (POP3 support)

..and websieve-0.62, after modifying the package from unstable to depend
upon libcyrus-imap-perl22. Both (seem) to be working flawlessly here on
my home mail server after a day of use. If that changes, I'll post a
follow-up.

Good work guys. :)
