That seems to be because it doesn't seem to belong to any package
directly (isn't listed with its full path in /var/lib/dpkg/info/*list)
but resides in a directory (/etc) which is listed in the .list files for
the packages named above.

We could safely ignore this one. Handling of /usr/lib/cyrus still needs
to get fixed.
