Yep, these were the only problems I got when testing an upgrade 2.1->2.2
with the unofficial packages, e.g. from debian.speedblue.org.  As far
as I can remember I didn't could figure out the old types (or the new
types?) needed for the DB conversion.  I didn't put some effort on that
problem cause I wanted to wait for Henrique's official and fine (!)
packages.

Now, the time is coming to put some effort on it...

Which scenarios do you need?  I have some VMware boxes where I can test
nearly everything.  Maybe we can devide the work.  Only problem is that
I cannot start before next friday (March 25th).
