I just added the patch to the SVN trunk. I moved the nntpd package from
Recommends to Suggests though. Recommends is too strong for the nntp
part, really. You simply can't say that you want nntpd "in all but
unusual installations" as said in the packaging policy.

I also updated the debian/control file package description a little bit.
