Well, I have done a fast skimming through on the scripts, and I am positive
we can do the upgrade path better, some tests that I am quite sure should
still be active are just deactivated, and so on.
As soon as we sort out the libsnmp dependency I will upload to experimental,
no questions asked. The package should work beautifully on all new
installs, I am sure, since you guys are using it on production.
So, if anyone has a strong reason for using libsnmp4.2-dev instead of
libsnmp9-dev, please reply on the appropriate thread soon. That's all which
is holding an upload to experimental.
If I don't find myself time to go over the upgrade path from 2.1 (I really
won't bother with 1.5 :P) soon, I will also upload to unstable.
