Buildd failure on hppa

Hi.

Buildd logs[1] indicate that building of 2.2.12-5 failed on the hppa
autobuilder[2]. This happened during the ./configure run:

checking for setproctitle... no
checking for setproctitle in -lutil... make: *** [configure-stamp] Bus error
******************************************************************************

I don't see how exactly this happened, but I would like to fix it before
we upload 2.2.13-1 to unstable. Does anyone else have an idea what might
have caused this and how to fix it?
