Bug#383484: cyrus-doc-2.2: Wrong number of *.seen files documented in README.Debian.database.gz

Hi,

In README.Debian.database.gz line 69, it is said that there is one SEEN 
file for every mail folder of every user. Actually AFAIK there is only
one per user. I checked on a Cyrus 2.1 and 2.2 installation.
