Please do. I haven't had time to document all the changes I made. I can 
tell you briefly what I rember by heart:

    * I didn't apply any upstream patch. None of them worked and I
      didn't try to find why. I supposed (maybe wrongly) that everything
      that is corrected in  the official CVS of the 2.2 branch is
      already corrected in the 2.3 serie.
    * Some Debian patches didn't apply. I eliminated some of them
      because they where redundant (quota patches) or obsoleted (the
      IDLE patch). I'll give you a more precise list next week, I left
      my papers at work.
          o For example, patch 05 didn't apply cleanly to all manpages,
            I applied it only partially, the rest has to be redone.
          o I added some patches, but I can't remember what's in them..
    * The *proxy daemons are all symlinks to the normal daemons, but I
      respected you choices and left them has pure binaries in the
      murder package.
    * I put the replication feature in its own package.
    * Every package conflit/replaces the corresponding 2.2 package.
          o But I haven't tested any upgrade
