Bug#402814: cyrus-imapd-2.2: Inadequate documentation of 'sasl_minimum_layer'

The manpage for imapd.conf is missing many things, including a description
of the possible values for 'sasl_minimum_layer'.  I have spent hours searching,
and cannot find any translation of these arbitrary values to real-world meanings,
nor can I even find a list of allowed values for this option.  It sure would be
nice if somebody would share their knowledge...
