idled support?

Hi.

I just wanted to enable the idle daemon on my host and noticed we
currently build without idled support (actually completely without IDLE
support AFAICT).

Should I enable it? It would be easy to build it, include it in the
imapd package and just leave it unconfigured (disabled) so that the
local admin could choose at runtime.
