Should we allow cyrus-imapd-2.2 to migrate to testing already?

Something to consider is that we have to be in testing to be accepted
into backports.org.
Popcon says we have 10 users of cyrus and 20 of the perl libs. However,
the environment cyrus is most likely to be installed on is the
environment least likely to run popcon. Of these 10 users, we have not
gotten any new bug reports.
Maybe we should put an email on d-d-a asking for bug reports?
