Should we allow cyrus-imapd-2.2 to migrate to testing already?

/me also has 2.2.12 in production for quite a while now.

So: Green flag from me, too.

I'm sure we will see a few new bug reports as soon as the migration
happened though I don't know which bugs those might be. However, I would
see those reports as a good thing.
