[Pkg-Cyrus-imapd-Debian-devel] RFC: New Experimental Release + TODO

I propose that we do another experimental release. This will have the 
new package names. I also suggest that after the release is accepted, we 
put out a call for testers on debian-devel, to see if anyone has any 
issues. I think that will bring us closer to release.

I also propose creating a TODO file in trunk with a list of what has to 
be done before release.
