Warning:  If Cyrus calls an utility from IMAP contest (like, e.g.
reconstruct), you need a symlink in /usr/lib/cyrus/bin with the hardcoded
name to wherever you installed the utility (like /usr/sbin/cyr_reconstruct).

This was true for 2.1, it is probably still true for 2.2, unless you now
define each utility path in imapd.conf...
