/usr/share/doc/cyrus-common-2.2/README.sendmail conatins links to
"no longer alive" site.
I suspcet the same problem in cyrus21-common and cyrus-common
[ cyrus-1.5 and cyrus-2.1 packages ]

1) http://www.polbox.com/a/anfi/ has been moved to http://anfi.homeunix.net/
The move is advertised at http://free.polbox.pl/a/anfi/

2) /sendmail/rtcyrus.html has a new version which does not require
sendmail patching: http://anfi.homeunix.net/sendmail/rtcyrus2.html
