Bug#397092: cyrus-imapd-2.2: source package includes CVS directories

apt-get source cyrus-imapd-2.2 produced a directory tree with many CVS
subdirectories and the corresponding entries.  Unless there's a good
reason, it would be cleaner to eliminate them.
