Bug#298680: this is sasl turf

Sasl2-modules is SASL's problem.  Cyrus won't be recommending or depending
on those modules, and that's final.

Other bugs about this are already in sasl's bts, so I will just tag this one
wontfix, and leave it open for documentation purposes.
