Hello Henrique,

There is an error when attempting to purge the package:

  Removing cyrus21-common ...
  Purging configuration files for cyrus21-common ...
  /var/lib/dpkg/info/cyrus21-common.postrm: line 12: /usr/share/debconf/confmodule: No such file or directory
  dpkg: error processing cyrus21-common (--purge):
   subprocess post-removal script returned error exit status 1

You cannot assume debconf to be installed when purging a package.
