Sounds like something is not cleaning up state... or that its state *is*
being cleared up by cyrus21-imapd when it doesn't expect. Sounds like the
usual extreme braindamage we get from SASL when it is used by an NSS helper,
indeed...
Why can't the !@#$# NSS helpers run as separate processes :-( that would
fix everything and provide more intelligent caching than nscd ever could, on
top of it.
