cyrus-nntpd-2.2 in etch is missing tools/mknewsgroups from cyrus-imap-2.2 source

Hi

I think that the cyrus-nntpd-2.2 package, and possibly also in lenny  
and sid,
is missing a usefull tool for creating newsgroups on the server. The  
tool is in
the cyrus-imap-2.2 source in the directory tools. It's called  
mknewsgroups
	cyrus-imapd-2.2.12/tools/mknewsgroups
