I'm guessing that postfix is there for hysterical raisins. I do know 
that everybody on the packaging team does use postfix so that may be it.

I really think this bug doesn't matter as Cyrus is a mail server, and 
needs the MTA to be configured. I find it extremely unlikely that anyone 
running a mail server is just going to use whatever installing Cyrus 
brings in. Since the admin is going to manually install one and the  "| 
m-t-a" is there, I don't think this is really a bug, but I'm just going 
to knock the severity down until others have a chance to comment. 
(really, I think it should be wishlist, but I'll compromise with you and 
drop it to minor).
