If someone already installed a MTA and configured it, it will be satisfied.
If cyrus is selected on the first apt run, it will pull in postfix instead
of exim4.

That's good enough, and there is NO problem here to fix.

We don't recommend postfix.  We need a MTA, and if you don't have one, we
would prefer it to be postfix, because you're likely going to ask us about
it.  That's it.  And what we currently have does exactly that.
