Cyrus 2.3.13 on Debian

We have 2.3.13 working (with some extras) as a Sirius package.  I am
just about to start contributing this into the official Debian SVN, so
there should be experimental and backport packages available in the new
year.

Please see the thread on this list last week.

If in the mean time you would like 2.3.8 with UoA auto-* but no other
fancy features, I have Etch amd64 and Etch i386 binaries available.
