2.3.14 committed to SVN (was Re: Proposed Cyrus 2.3.13 branch)

I have moved the above branch to

https://mail.incase.de/svn/cyrus22/branches/cyrus23/cyrus-imapd-2.3-development

and updated it to the 2.3.14 upstream release.  Approximately the same
build instructions apply.  Hopefully anyone who Googles the original
thread will find this update.

My intention is to take further branches from this base and use them to
release-engineer something suitable for Squeeze, and probably also a
Lenny-backports release.
