There is no kind way to fix this.  It was a _very_ foolhardy move to have
managesieve/timsieved on port 2000, instead of requesting an IANA allocation
from day one.  But that mistake is in the past, and it is too late to fix
it.

Sieve belongs on port 4190, and worse, something in widespread use needs
port 2000, which IANA says belongs to it.  So Sieve gets evicted.  It *is*
that simple.

OTOH, I do think we will need to make this a lot more public, as it *will*
break just about every professional cyrus install I know of (since everyone
adds a sieve frontend of some sort).

Everyone will have to move to the IANA-allocated port.

That will *NOT* happen.  And it wasn't us who changed things, anyway, and I
would not waste my time trying to convice Marco to back down the change.  He
will not do it, and he is right in not doing so.

But, as I said, I think we will need to publish this problem widely.

And you *are* free to tell cyrmaster to listen to port 2000, you know.
