Yeah. I have it compiling and running, the only thing lost was a hunk of one
of your patches to imap/index.c.

BTW, lots of patches in there are serious "send it upstream" and "check it
with upstream" stuff.  Heck, I think there's even very old stuff of mine
there (it certainly rang a bell when I looked at it), such as the fixes to the
morgue sweeper ("janitor")...

But I can't deal with SVN for any extended period of time, sorry.  I did it
quick-and-dirty in git, and need now to clean it up into nice commits to
push it to the svn repo.
