The -development branch is one I created when no-one else had time to
work on 2.3.x and the best we had was a broken 2.3.8 or 2.3.9. I
imported 2.3.13 and later updated to 2.3.14. My intention was to start
offering patches we're maintaining inside Sirius to the Debian effort,
but other things came up and all I've actually done was a security fix.
Others have brought in some changes and fixes from elsewhere, but it's
still fundamentally 2.3.14.
AFM> Could I use the hmh branch?
Yes. Henrique has got a much cleaner and more up-to-date tree which
should be used from now on.
AFM> What type of help does your team need?
More hours in the day ;-) Testing, build in weird environments, and I
think several people are still advocating better upgrade scripts from at
least trivial and vanilla 2.2.x installations.
