Yes, but I am about 16 man-hours from being happy enough with it to
merit an upload to experimental, and I haven't been able to put much
work, just a couple man-hours per week so far.

OTOH, I *did* put some work, and will upload it soon.  But it was
fixing-Debian-fixes-for-upstream-problems work so that we can send stuff
upstream, with very minimal packaging work.

Anyway, that branch is kept in a always-buildable state, and also in a
"should work well" state.

Note that we claim absolutely nothing about how well it will upgrade to
future versions.  One of the things I haven't done yet is to move stuff
around and rename utilities with too-generic-a-name with a 'cyr' prefix.
