My increasingly out-of-date branch is intended to work with simply

  svn export
https://mail.incase.de/svn/cyrus22/branches/cyrus23/cyrus-imapd-2.3-development/

  cd cyrus-imapd-2.3-development
  dpkg-buildpkg -b

But I have the luxury of dedicated build hosts which are likely to have
all the right dependencies pre-installed.

As soon as time permits I'll update our internal version with the work
which has been done on the Debian mainline and start pushing out the
extra bits again.
